Need help

Hi guys, I have looked around, and found a few useful things, ok let me set you to the proplem.

The proplem is, I have made a server, it works, friends can connect to it, but I need to know How I can log into the rcon command bit, where I can set levels and stuff.

I have looked in the Config, I am abit confused, I would like to log on the remote admin and set levels and what not.

I am just abit new to this kind of thing, hehe but if you could help and place me some commands and stuff or printscreens of what to do, I would really be happy and thank you.

Anyway please dont post below nasty stuff because I am not impressed with a few comments on some other threads people have made, makes it look like the site is full of kids.

Go to c:/program/mta san andreas/server/mods/race and open mta server conf file.

Find this:

# Admin
# Required: No
# Purpose: Defines all the people in-server who can rcon_login to admin
#          Format - Admin 
# Notes:
#     admin-level must not go above 5
#     Names and passwords are case sensitive
#Admin Default password 5

Add under #Admin Default password 5 your nickname you want to login with, and the pass and what lvl you want to login with.

ex:

# Admin
# Required: No
# Purpose: Defines all the people in-server who can rcon_login to admin
#          Format - Admin 
# Notes:
#     admin-level must not go above 5
#     Names and passwords are case sensitive
#Admin Default password 5
Admin antdemo45 PASS 5

to login as an admin in the server type:

rcon_login in the console (F8) but without < >.

Wow is it really that hard that you don't understand?

If I wanted to be an admin with the name Bob and the password twister and the level of 5, then my config would be as follows:

# Admin
# Required: no
# Purpose: Defines all the people in-server who can rcon_login to admin
# Format - Admin 
# Notes:
# admin-level must not go above 5
# Names and passwords are case sensitive
#Admin Default password 5
Admin Bob twister 5

Then in game I would join the server with the name Bob and type the following in console:

rcon_login twister

Are you honestly going to tell me that's too hard to understand?
