Spawn zone with ACL

Hello, I'm new here, I'm creating a server, and I would like to know how I can create different ones for each spawn player, example:

ACL
Spawn All (Everyone who enters the server without "tag / acl"
Time 1
Time 2
Time 3

when the player enters the server with no tag added, he spawns in a location, after that, I add a / acl tag and he enters the server he respawn every time that same location, and when both die I can choose the location be born too, could someone help me?
