Do you see a crash dialog when MTA exits afterwards? (otherwise it's silently crashing on netc.dll, I asked @ccw to take a look there)

Also, please attach a video of launching MTA that captures being stuck up until exiting MTA

@olver

No , not showing any messages, just  freezes at starting " stop playing with your self" and the mouse not working

I must run task manger to close mta

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\dumps\private and upload the latest crash dump (.dmp file) to https://upload.mtasa.com/ and share the link here

It's crashing silently on exit, and it can hold clues about what's going on

After doing that, create a file called "debug.txt" in the main installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5) and then when it's stuck on the loading screen, hold left and right CTRL at the same time.. when you release these keys, it should forcibly crash (due to debug.txt) and then please also upload a new dump for that separately
