Нужно ли разрешение / лицензия на модели real car

Возможно глупый или наивный вопрос, но меня он очень интересует. Нужна ли лицензия/разрешение на использование моделей реальных автомобилей на сервере? 

Не нарушает ли это авторские права производителей автомобилей?

And if I make car models myself from real drawings, is it legal?

That would be fine.

If you start profiting off the models, then that might get you in legal trouble.

Хорошо, то есть я правильно понял, что что делать модели реальных авто для своего сервера я могу легально, а продавать не имею права?
