i have so much lag/drop in game i did not understood what is the reason is and i decided take a look to logfile  

i saw this error in my logfile:

what is this? and How can i solve this?

Welcome to the forums!

This seems to be caused by the AR localization (language). Something is messed up in the code.
Try with reinstalling MTA or just switch to English language.
