Looking for staff (updated)

Recommended Posts

Hello people of this great community,
as some of you who are active under this thread
might have seen the
previous post of mine where I was looking for people with these skills:

  • Intermediate / Advanced-level scripter
  • A graphic designer
  • A good mapper

Update
Whereas on my last post, I was looking for people who
would voluntarily help out and be a part of the project,
I'm now looking (only) for a scripter which will also be paid work.

Side note
It is also utmost important to have good time management and are willing
to take a chunk of time out of your usual schedule to work on the project.

Requirements

  • +20 year old (mental maturity)
  • Time and patience
  • Good vocabulary
  • To be respectful
  • And optimistic

In return

  • To be a firm part of the team
  • The end result of the project
  • A big community to look after
  • The payment we'll agree upon

Questions you might have

Q What if nobody joins to the server?

A That does not effect you
or the payment in any way.
Once everything is set and done
from the scripting side of things,
it's my responsibility to bring
the people onto the server.

---

Q What if the server is lagging from all the scripts?

A The server won't rely on heavy and extensive scripts.
But if that's the case, depending on the situation,
we can search for solutions and possibly compress
some of the code or make compromises, worst case.

---

Q Is there anything I should be aware of before I choose to work on the project?

A I can be very picky and get down to the nitty-grittiest
of detail and not be left satisfied until it's perfect.
This can be frustrating for some but that's pretty much all it.
