Cd20 and slow downloading

So, Hello dear MTA San andreas team. I am here because of the stupid cd20 error which always blocks me downloading the servers. You will probably say: "delete the thing in the deathmatch folder" when I do that yes it works but then an other file makes the cd20 occur again. I have a 10mbps internet download speed which is probobly normal. So please help as soon as possible

Does this happen on all servers?

Did you try disabling your firewall or giving permissions?

your antivirus could also be the cause
