Few days ago I built a new PC and installed MTA on it. After starting the game (and without minimizing) it worked fine but after minimizing it few times it took a while to get into the game again and my game started to freeze every few seconds. The freezes take 1 second to 30 (or even more). When I can't do anything, I stop the game with Task Manager and start it again but this time I have freezes without minimizing. The only solution I know for now is to restart my PC and to not minimize the game anymore after restarting. I didn't have this problem on my old PC (that PC was probably 7+ years old)
