Help me please. The server is blocking your customised GTA:SA files

Question

Hello. I have one problem with MTA.
I try to go into the map editor using the aftermarket GTA: SA (city map replaced).
In the settings I have enabled "Use customized GTA: SA files".
In editor.conf, I have the following settings:
