Gostaria de saber como colocar um texto acima de um marker, segue o script de um marker para exemplificar melhor.

Gostaria de colocar acima do marker aparecesse "Alugue uma bicicleta por R$ 100,00! Digite /alugar"

Sei que existe o dx msg pra isso, mas não ta funcionando, não sei o motivo.
