Find <enablesd> and make sure it is empty.

It is empty, and standard mtaserver.conf

tried so <disableac> 4,21,35 </disableac> doesn't help

After connecting to the server which kicks you, press F8 and show me the `Server AC info` line

The problem is that server version (1.5.0) is too old.

Update to a newer version from https://linux.multitheftauto.com/
