Strepto
I had a bit too much free time on my hands, and I thought that I wanted to speed up my mapmaking. Especially since I like to make Destruction Derby style maps. So I made a my own folder with a few select models that could be used on DD maps, ramps, barrels, houses, and most importantly bridges!. It's not everything that you might be looking for, but it will let you put together a DD map without all the hassle of finding suitable objects. Download: http://www.uploading.com/get.php?get=OYPSC95Y Unzip in: ..\MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor Edit: Drop a line if you like it, and if you have tips for other good objects that should be in there, please post the ID here. Ransom
Hmm I did something similar, but more overly for walls/invisible barriers (1-side textured objects). I'll throw it up as well tomorrow. Link to comment
Strepto
Yeah, please post it here, I can't possibly have even half of the useful objects for DD maps. Link to comment
Ransom
http://misc.opencoding.net/mta/erorr404/goodpieces.map Someday I might release all my ideas for maps as well, I dont know if I'll create anymore unless a better rating system comes around (trust me I'm campaigning hard). I just cant find much incentive to do maps without any feedback about how good it is or how much its really used. Edited February 19, 2006 by Guest Link to comment
