Import .dat and .ide

I downloaded realistic handling for gta san andreas, but 3 files came out. 
One is a known file handling.cfg and the other is surface.dat and vehicles.ide how do I transfer them to mta?

Replace these 3 files in GTA San Andreas folder > data

have you got an answer yet? that's the same i'm looking for the "Gta 4 handling"
