Problem with alpha object in building

I'm sorry if you've already solved thw mystery. the issue with glass os caused by an object property that you cannot define on MTA. it's for the second alpha flag. there are also many alpha related settings in .ide files that we also can't customise natively.

I strongly recommend you remove the texture and add a white transparent material with a slight cyan tint. yes, it's completely flat, but it's the only glass material that works for any model that doesn't support the secondary alpha flag by default. 

I've included a help section on correctly setting up alpha materials in models. if you're using 3ds max, check ID 8 on
