My map; "Death Waves"

Notes:

Current Version: BETA 1.0

This map will be updated very often with new checkpoints, vehicle spawns, obstacles and much more.

Version 1.0 is done. A few minor updates to the map:

1. 
   More checkpoints
   More vehicle spawns
   Harder course
   Smokescreens removed due to FPS drops
   Added Racing Car to go trough looping after Checkpoint #4
   Replaced old fence on the Race Stadium because U could drive under the fence to continue the race
   Now need a Skimmer to win the race
   Skimmers are available to the ones with the boats if U sail trough the Vehicle-Change pickup

Installation Instructions:

Place the downloaded map in "C:/Program Files/MTA San Andreas/server/mods/race/maps"

I just tested it out, it could use some improvements. Things I've noticed right away:

monster change pickups are avoidable - use vehicle change checkpoints instead of pickups (select checkpoint and press F3)

poor checkpoint placement - they're spaced too far apart and it's hard to tell where to go
