Server lag n hackers

i have a problem here.every time i log in to mta for deathmatch or stunt, the whole server wil b laggy.Eg: people moving around like spiders or zooming.that time when i started playing mta:stunt mode,i saw a car which can go higher n higher without moving.is there any solution to prevent all these?

If you see cars flying in the air for a number of seconds thats probably because of the new " Nitro " feature which is enabled in this version of MTA. ( You can use this nitro feature also by pressing Shift )

Plus, what is your connection and your graphics card?

Poor graphic cards can involve in lag at times and the movement of yourself can be very slow while on your screen players are moving like spiders as you mentioned.

If you really see a car moving higher and higher.....that means they COULD be cheating..... Like NOS or Heli-Modes of cars...

To stop that from happenning they'll have to stop cheating..
