HELP ME - installation

It's crashing on updating permissions. Does your user account have any restrictions? Are you in the Administrators group?

Launch notepad, and paste this content into the editor:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\mtasa-1.5.6.exe]
"DumpCount"=dword:00000002
"DumpFolder"=hex(2):63,00,3a,00,5c,00,64,00,75,00,6d,00,70,00,73,00,00,00
"DumpType"=dword:00000001

Click the "File" menu on notepad (top left) and then "Save As", select "All files" under file type, and save it as crashcatch.reg

Now close notepad, go to the location where you saved it, and doubleclick/open the .reg file. Confirm adding it to the registry by clicking "Yes" when it asks.

By doing this, you enabled crashdump generation for when the MTA installer crashes, which it does in your case. So, now try to install MTA again and wait for it to crash again. Go to C:\dumps, take the .dmp file there and upload it to http://upload.mtasa.com/ & share the link in this topic.

There is a system issue on your PC that causes the installer to crash, by looking at the dump we can establish where it may be related to, in order to provide you targetted support.

But there is a problem , it stops working

Do you mean the game itself? I know you've been successfully playing after the successful installation due to that fix.

In that case, does the MTA crash handler not trigger? (like, it literally shows "has stopped working" dialog like with the installer before)

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you in this topic.

It looks like you mean that your MTA is crashing.

All of your recent crashes are related to running out of (video) memory and bad drivers.

Take better care of your PC or upgrade, all I can do is suggest to update with these drivers:

GPU: http://uk.download.nvidia.com/Windows/342.01/342.01-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-32bit-international.exe

Chipset: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/20018/a08/infinst_autol.zip
