How to disable the default MTA HUD?

Best Way:
 

addEventHandler( "onClientResourceStart", getRootElement( ),
    function ()
        setPlayerHudComponentVisible ( localPlayer, "all", false )
    end
)

Insert this  into the top of your client side script (codeC.lua , sourceC.lua or something similar)
