Everything works but after entering cmd, bcdedit disables the game application and so on how to disable it?

I gave bcdedit for what it was ie 1024 * 2-2 or 1.98 gb 

 

i thought it would work now disables windows due to a fatal error and mta now crashing due to windows something there 32.dll

 

I think I can change it to 64 bit system, but I do not know how I can buy a CD in the store, etc. but just say how. And will it work if I have a damaged disk?
