I found out somehow my fps is stable at the maximum frame rate (depends on the server) so If It's max. 60 my fps will be stable at 60, but this happens only during the download bar in progress.. once the download is completed my fps drops to 44-46, strange right?
I want to ask If there is away to make the download actually stuck.
