Game delay and constant freezing

Already in the game menu starts to crash constantly, already tried everything you have in the forum, updated drivers, I ran as administrator, I ran in compatibility mode, I used MTADIAG and nothing worked. 

I played it a few months back normally, now when I came back it started.
