The Devil's Neon

Hi, enjoy this Colorful n' Lightful neon Theme " The Devil's Neon "

:D

How To install:

  1. - Extract the .zip file.
  2. - There will be two folders one MTA and other Skins.
  3. - Copy the two folders and paste in your mta sa folder.
  4. - about how to set skin Go to Settings > Interface Down you'll find default change it to neon.
  5. Ex: C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5
