I'm trying to get it to loop through the table and set all of the vehicles handlings, however it doesn't work...

function vhandling ( )
vehicleIDs = {400, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407, 408, 409, 410, 411, 412, 413, 414, 415,

Try this:

				local vehicle_id = vehicle_ids[ i ]

				setModelHandling( vehicle_id, "mass", 999999.0 )
			end
		end

-- EVENT HANDLERS

	-- RESOURCE

		-- START

		addEventHandler( "onResourceStart", getResourceRootElement( getThisResource() ), start )

The thing is that you must use setModelHandling and not setVehicleHandling because the function you use takes a vehicle element as first parameter meanwhile setModelHandling takes as first parameter a vehicle model id.
