Does it happen on just one server and if so, which? If it happens on all servers, it means it just happens with the first file it attempts to download (whichever) resulting in a random file displayed in the error, due to a network problem on your side. In the latter case please whitelist MTA in your firewall configuration, or completely disable it to try.
