MTA not working.

I've recently came back to MTA after a break and when I left I uninstalled MTA. Now I'm back, I tried installing MTA and this happens when I launch it:

When I restart my MTA it crashes and then comes up with this;

Someone please help me as I'm really motivated to get back into this game as I've made so many memories and friends. I've tried reinstalling the game and this still happens.

Did you try reinstalling GTASA rather than MTA?

It's a problem with a GTASA file, not MTA (at least as far as I can tell from the info provided)

...GTA:SA had trouble opening the file 'TIMECYC.DAT'...

Try restoring that file from the error to original, (google for ''timecyc.dat backup'' for a download) in your GTA folder. (or it may have been removed by customization/bad modding, it should be located at Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data
