Please download & install these drivers:

1) https://downloadmirror.intel.com/20775/eng/SetupChipset.exe

2) https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26813/eng/win64_153345.4653.exe

3) http://12244.wpc.azureedge.net/8012244/drivers/rtdrivers/pc/audio/0009-64bit_Win7_Win8_Win81_Win10_R282.exe

After that, delete 'dinput8.dll' from your GTA install directory and restore gta_sa.exe to original (it's unknown).

From the log I also noticed you have general system issues/OS corruption, so after performing all the steps above, download this file:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/9yrjnjrkrkg7c6n/servicing.bat?dl=1 (then rightclick > Run as Administrator, make sure to give it the time needed, after it closes on its own, restart your PC)

Let me know if this solves it.

Hello there I hope you can help me.

Does your sound work in GTA singleplayer? MTA relies on WMI for audio hardware calls, you can try to run this file https://mirror.multitheftauto.com/mtasa/utils/servicing.bat (rightclick > Run as Administrator) as it includes both repair operations for WMI, and your audio service.

After doing that, download & install this driver: http://12244.wpc.azureedge.net/8012244/drivers/rtdrivers/pc/audio/0009-64bit_Win7_Win8_Win81_Win10_R282.exe and try again. You can let me know the results, but please create a topic of your own next time.

Also try restoring gta_sa.exe to original, since it's an unknown version which may cause issues.

Yeah, sorry about that Im new in all this.

Yes, the sound works in GTA singleplay

I´ve run the file and install the driver but still has no sound. I guess having the original game may solve my problem but I dont play that much the game and also if i have sound in singleplayer I don´t know where the problem could be.

Thank you anyway for helping me.

I have the same Problems.

I see you have modded GTA sound files, this is the most likely culprit. Re-install with a clean GTA or else restore them to default.

Also, update your sound driver: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wm0ofs2akbc4a2j/IDT_audio_drv.zip?dl=1 (follow the readme.txt instructions inside)

If you still have the problem after taking these steps, then please create your own topic in Client support as I have asked before. To prevent further posting here, locking it. Anyone who reads this should also understand the instructions and driver links are tailored to that specific user and PC, as this seems to be the first result coming up in Google for MTA sound problems. Everyone is welcome to open up their own topic to get help.
