- Interior offsets fixed, missing interiors added

All VC interiors that are not apart of the default map use their original VC interior ID and position Offsets.

nice work dude, but is there a special order in which we have to start the resources?

I got different warnings and errors when I start it in different order..

Here's my modest review :).

 

Cons:

- code is not clean, pile of warnings in debugscript;

- fps around 70 which is very bad regarding it's empty world without any additional scripts running;

- I also noticed you're not using LODs (or at least LOD models). I guess that can be reason for fps drop;

- still to fix rotations of some objects;

Pros:

- draw distance is not bad;

- streaming logic is not bad either;

- no lagspikes this time;

- complete VC map, I guess the only one avaible for free atm;

 

All in all I would say this may work if you decrease the number of polygons in a frame by the factor of 2..3. This could be done by applying original lods to the map objects and reducing the number of displayed objects by optimizing the streaming logic of small objects like garbage, lamposts, trees and so on...

Thanks for the feedback, here's the general reasoning behind these -

// Download size, already huge as is, the streamer is optimized to get maximum FPS it can without actual LODs though.

// Some signs are rotated wrong, I actually intended to fix this in the next update.

 

Also, small objects are ignored if out of view, lack of LODs and the number of calculations is just taxing on some computers.

Next update will fix output issue and rotations. I may release a build with proper LODs later.

Just had a play with it, its pretty awesome @CodyJ(L), I've tried during a few times with Scene2Res but never got streaming to work as good as on this.

Water issue I'll be fixing in the next update, however for loading; Linux is known to have issues, I'm not sure what so ever what is causing it though I'm still trying to figure out.

 

May one of you try this and report back?

Great job so far.

Would be nice if this improvements can be made in the future:

- There are some areas where water floats in the air (above the bridge near the police department and if you drive to Vice Port).

- If you hit some poles with a vehicle, they don't break/collapse.

- Some objects are missing, located at ammunation and other shops (only tried with running VC resource)

- Some objects are placed wrong (some appear in the air, I saw poles standing above the road and billboards on the road)

#1 That's default water; it should've been removed with the water script I'll check that out next update

#2 No way I can think of fixing I replaced everything I knew of with SA variants, anything that is standard VC isn't fixable

#3 Run VC Interiors, ammunition gun range is missing and will be fixed soon

#4 Rotation errors I'm going to fix a lot in the next update.

On my Homeserver (Map-Editor) "Windows" it works, but on my Linux Server have the Errors.. crazy.

Want to make a big Reallife/Roleplay Server for the German Community..

I'm thinking it's due to how Linux handles compiled files, I'm working on a fix but it will be a bit.
