gta 3 sucks vice is a million times better

i wouldnt want any ai ppl or cars in the way i like riding fast and like not crashing every 2 seconds maybe create a mode ghost town nobody there except ppl who are in the server and a mode called somethin like real world where there are peds and cars etc

dunno if it works it did for me i installed service pack 1 and it seemed to work fine for me i didnt have it on before but i think you need it but it worked for me after i reinstalled windows because i did auto update to service pack 1 but on my old install i didnt have service pack 1 windows xp by the way if you already know this sorry i was just trying to help
