Dunno if it matters but I thought i'd let you know that ever since [uVA]BLOND came in our server it kept stating (after many hours) that. "[uVA]BLOND was kicked for a high ping (911) and the limit... etc etc" Not sure if it was a bot or a rogue agent, maybe even a glitch, just thought i'd bring it to your attetion just in case. I hope this is the right place about the admin script... If not please direct me... but I just got to thinking... what if you could enable and disable... seeing all PM's... b/c in our server we had a problem (with a clan I will leave nameless) who secretly recruited behind our backs... through private messages... Now that'd be pretty cool and it'd get ridda alotta ppl who do stuff like that. Again if this is the wrong spot please point me in the right direction... i thought this is where it goes.

i'm no IT technician but you may have a firewall built into the dsl box (if dsl has that), or the company. If you have SBC DSL they have a packet loss they can't / won't fix. (shrugs) i'm the temporary reply until everyone comes in and tells you how to really fix it ^.^

............... 1. The admin who did do this was punished and is being monitored (After a month or two of this happening). 2. Have you ever admin'd a server? Not all bells and whistles, unless ur server has no rules. 3. Don't let the event that happened be the one that sets the image for UA.

Well i'll push for (what the MTA team will hate me for) an MTA official version (for gang wars) and a moddable version. This way the gangs can do whatever they want but the MTA Team can have the OFFICIAL one so there is no "Well you modded that map so WE win" crap. Just a suggestion that the MTA Team will hate (i know they're busy), but with the clans and the already "pain in the ass" clan matches... mine as well make the forums less "spammed" by bitching by having an official one.

So... the PC and PS2 is the same... and MTA doesn't change anythign...hmm... sweet, i can begin work immediately then! The map... damn, I knew weapons wouldn't be on and now I see they won't be (taht's our job... so i took from it), but I got one question... The clans of MTA... what the hell is gonna happen to them when the mods flood the "market"...? Because it may no longer be MTA... just A, B, C, D and all the mods... ah... chaos ^.^

First... is there anyway of possibly seeing car locations and weapon locations (even health) on a map before the core release? I know someone is working on where everything will go... and as a way to get everybody (especially gangs) ready for the new core... is there anyway to possibly get this info? I hear you may have to buy weapons soon (which sounds like a good idea) is that true at all? If so maybe the hunter should go on that list... or have it heavily guarded (i can only imagine the mayhem lol). Damn I had a good question... Oh.. duh... Does anyone know if the PC version and PS2 version are the same? I mean as in the weapon and vehicle files. I'm making a report on all the cars and weapons for my team (so we can easily see what's better etc, etc) but I don't wanna mess with anything... Anyway I found a walkthrough with all the information on VC... but it's for PS2, would anyone know if these are both the same? This last question is for the MTA Team... Does MTA change any of the original VC files? This is (again) for the report i'm doing and want to be sure that MTA doesn't change any of the files, so that I know my information is accurate. Um... ya... I went into a server to check someone's ping (someone was complaining how high it was) when suddenly I kept seeing that I was killing someone with a laser sniper over and over and over... I was only in the MTA starting screen (i never went into game)... I left and came back... then it happened again... I questioned the guy but couldn't get enough out of him to help you out. I was trying to get answers from him so you could fix the issue quickly (i had the MTA forums in mind during this 5-10 minute convo. Down around the end it says someone from UA killed him... when Norton was in the golf course (and was there for... the entire convo with him), and the UA member was on the "Strip" fighting someone else. He also said he killed himself in there but in the time he did it (and some say Punch/Kick it was alittle... odd to say the least)... Here's the log, please find what you can and tell me anything you can about these issues (even if you PM me) so I can know what to do... I did a temporary ban so I could check this out... now he was using about 3 or 4 names (like he said),a name of bobby and another that spammed at the end... then left just b4 the ban.
