    I think MTA team wants to make one GTA SA online mod.They want to mix MTA:Race and MTA DM into a MTA 1.0.Then players wuoldn't be in 2 groups race and dm.

    Just download GTA United and you'll have Vice City map in San Andreas engine,hud and etc...

    You need to script this by your self,cuz i don't think that script is released or created.

    I make everything like tutorial said,but i can't run MTA Race i didn't get any error,but i have a lot of mods of GTA
