The mod is still beta and some things still don't work the way they are supposed to. Sometimes you have to aim to the right and "lead" targets. The game may be out of sync too.

They are saying do not modify the main.scm of the VC folder that MTA is using. Just make a copy of the entire folder and use that VC for mods.

Curly, instead of posting random dumb shit, how about posting something useful? If you are asking where you can get mods for VC then use a search engine. I'm sure if you search the forums that you can find some links.

They did it to lessen the time it takes for you to lose health in water. Instead of it counting down the car blows up and kills you. They should never add boats, it would be useless.

It would be a distraction. Trying to follow IRC and play multi player could get kinda tough.

Ummmmm.. what? Technically everyone that does any kind of mod for GTA 3 or VC has taken the idea from MTA cause they were the first to make it. AI is NOT a good idea.

xenex he is talking about MTA 0.3. It does replace the main.scm file with MTA's file. It is, however not MTA's problem if you didn't back up those files. I believe the Readme stated that you should.
