This is a strange error, had it a few times. You can read the chat and see the kills of all the players right? If your audio options ingame are blanked out you won't see any players. I don't know, maybe you could try hooking up a headset? I think it's the drivers that interfere with it though.

Yeah it does look a bit silly, but Rockstar made it that way. When you see Tommy in that mission it's only for a little moment, that's the way he's standing when shooting from the helicopter with a M60 too. I'm sure it could be made better though.

That car in the end is uberh4x.. eh, just a dodo that has been unsynched and usually appears like a Yakusa instead, I think I got that footage on LAN. Vega, hmm. Might be the editing program called Vegas something? I don't know where you can grab that, there's a one month trial you can download if I remember it right.

Yap. No more confusion now. Still, I tend to use the dedicated server anyway. edit: Oh yes, back to the question of setting up a server. When you download the client installer you should of course tick 'install server' or whatever it said. The server had a memory bug when it was released, so you'll need to fetch the MTA Server (Patch 1) for MTA 0.5 - Put that file in the server dir (C:\Program Files\Multi Theft Auto\) replace it with the previous mtaserver.exe. Now you can choose to configure the server options, either through the client itself, or the mtaserver.conf file (open with notepad.) There is of course also the setup program that followed with the installer. Personally I usually use the .conf file for configuring, it's all explained in the file how to configure it properly. That's all there is to it, peace out.
