these are maps from old mta, needs converting to new one How to convert them ?

How i can use .map files on my server ( To use the maps ) Because i usually put a maps as .rar in my server like they are all there. But now i got Downloaded some maps and they are all in one .rar . I'm sorry for the stupid question but i Google alot about this and still got nothing. Dont know how to put this type of files in my server or to use them.

Resource not found when i type it like this : start "cdm" if i type it : start cdm its starting but nothing happends "Blank Screen" and also Where i have to install the resource for Map Editor and How to start it ?

Hello MTA I'm really new here just instaled the MTA Server and Added one Admin Account then when i start it and Connect to it , it dont load any map or thing i see only The chatbox and one MTA Deathmach ... in the right corner bottom . and nothing happends what i have to do ?
