My mta gets low fps and buggy PC mods with reasonable settings

I have a reasonable computer, motherboard ddr4, 8 gb of ram, amd a8-9600 processor integrated video radeon r7 4gb, but my mta does not go out of 2 fps and the mods are buggy. I've tested it on several servers and the same thing always happens. What can I do to resolve this? Obs : I use windows 10
