I have no specific answer at the moment, but I always test everything I make with my decade-old laptop (just kept it for this testing purpose), which is an i3-3310m with an Nvidia GeForce 610m 1GB. I have a stable 60-70 fps with dynamic shadows turned off.

Two of my testers have an average PC, and they had no problem on the highest available settings, they had the constant 100FPS. (i5-6500 & GTX 1050ti) (i3-9100f & GTX 1650)

Hey everyone! It's me again, with my isometric MMO project inside MTA. A lot of time has passed since the last trailer video, but I haven't stopped working on the project. I even dumped another 750+ hours of work in the last 2.5 months. When I recorded the trailer video, I thought that the project still needed like 1+ year to be completed. But with this pace that I'm going, it's safe to say that this project will be open in 2024, sooner than you think! Until then, I bring a new video for you to see and feel the atmosphere of the game with this little showcase. Of course, I can't include every map that I made in a single video like this since it's already long enough (And of course, I don't want to spoil everything).
Since the last trailer video, I got a good amount of requests for a Discord server where you could follow the development with more regular updates and posts. Well, I created the server for it. Yes, it's pretty empty at the moment, but the first extra-content post is ready for you to check. I'll try my best to post more regularly on that Discord. Hey everyone! I am not sure if this is the right topic for this content, but i want to share my work here aswell. (Posted it on discord about a week ago)

So I'm developing an isometric action MMORPG within MTA. To start, it's a multilanguage project that's already been translated into six different languages. There are currently three unique classes, each with thousands of different talents and build variations. There are already a lot of unique monsters and bosses, but still a lot to go. It's going to take time to complete, especially since this project is still in its early stages, as you can see in the trailer video, however, I am willing to put the work in. So this morning i accidentally left my autoclicker on, after leaving my game, to go to play some MTA, of course i got a ban for it for 5 days. But of course i turned it off when i got kicked out from my mapper server. But i got a 5 days ban just for this. So i can't do anything in this 5 days i just need to sit and wait ? 
fun fact: i use that autoclicker program in a action-rpg game to pick up loot faster.

In engine_c.lua in row 105 change engine.turbo = upgrades.turbo to this: engine.turbo = true
for the ALS go down to row 137 and change data.als = upgrades.als or false to this: data.als = true

But now all the cars will get the effect if i am right
