  3. 2.40 Ghz Celeron D, yeah I know its not that good, but I run NO programs on the background. ATI AIW 128 MB AGP video card 1 GB DDR RAM My internet connection is 5 Mbit Down/300 kbit Up these specs are fair, and yet I still get FPS lag, more than any other SA multiplayer mod i've played.
  4. Don't know, the server I once played in gives me 20 ping, and I have good specs. Its not only you.
  5. They said they might support it with GTA 3 sometime, but it will be long until that happens. They have SA, and VC if they ever do it.

  9. Thanks Caytchen I don't care if you guys upload my videos elsewhere as long as I have a way to track the download count. Is there a way? Rapidshare.de has a download count, Its free and easy to use. BTW, the blog now links to the new section of the forum. Is it like that on accident, or has it been decided to post here or something?
  10. Its called an armor glitch because it gives armor to spawns other than a cop or crusader. Ex: You do the glitch, and then spawn a sailor. Now you will have regaining health and armor which is an advantage. Thats why people block the use of it.
  11. Bump is right. What is a free roam without respawning? It will suck cause you will be watching all the time.
  12. Everything is coming together perfectly. The pawn scripting has a lot more capabilities I would like to see.
  13. I don't know your experiences with teamspeak but it works fine for me. The voice chat feature was taken out kaboom.

  15. I don't know if smuggler's run will work well since the rockets are "semi-synced". Will anyone explain?

  17. MTA Blue for VC isn't being developed now. Its all about SA now, they'll go back to VC someday.

  19. Well thats what happens when hype is created, you take a big risk. And if you don't deliver (or well enough as you claimed it to be), your community can be upset. Blue on SA is supposed to be a fresh new start for the team, and they want a good first impression. Although when certain hype is created, it can be risky, which is why people post these comments.
  20. wouldn't you call that dying? There are less people playing MTA now then 2 years ago, when MTA was at its peak. No, I'd say its slimming down and getting fitter and leaner. A lot of the more senile, impatient, easily bored and constant complainers have wandered off, although not all unfortunately. Leaving the hard core, addicted, mature and patient. Thats great for the community. When the slums get pulled down and the criminals move to another town, reducing the population, does it mean the town is dying? n.b. There are still some senile people around, but they probably don't even realise where they are. More tea Vicar? That's exactly what it means. If less people are playing than they were 2 years ago, that means people have gone inactive/lost interest. Less people = less popularity = the mod is dying in terms of amount of people playing. This mod is not dying in progress though.
