Or try playing with your sound settings (in VC). And check to see that you have the most recent drivers for the card installed and they're working.

If people were allowed to edit the weapons, they'd jack them down to 0 damage (it would still do full damage to enemies of course), and edit the cars to be insanely fast and strong... It would absolutely have to be an option if it were ever implemented.

You probably need the DivX codec, which can be found at http://www.divx.com If the file is super-enormous, you'll probably want to use VirtualDub to compress it.

That super-fast thing was either A: a cheat or B: he was tapping on the lean forward key (this makes you go faster due to some oddity of the bikes). Sounds like an interesting idea, although I can see how people would disagree with super-fast bikes...

May I implore some words of wisdom (not agreeing/disagreeing with any of the ideas by the way): Gameplay > Realism. Gameplay is greater than Realism.
