Can you please explain how did this works? What steps you did to solve this issue?

Hi! Yesterday, I was doing Bus Driver job, I have been online for like 4-5 hours and suddenly I got kicked from server and this message pops up: https://i.imgur.com/btHbVij.png I don't know if its our server (CIT) ban or MTA, Please Guide me. Thanks.
