it would be cool if there were checkboxes next to each player's name in the mta client, and checking the box next to someones name made their nametag in game change from white text to blue or red or something plainly visible at a distance. i have shot at friends plenty of times because they were too far away to read their names. this could also be used to target someone you hate.

this would be cool to stop impersonators, but then again it will make picking a random name and owning noobs as a noob harder

the sailors healing ability does not help in combat at all. it does help in other ways though. i like the healing ability because it saves me from having to get health just because i fell or bailed from a car. and whoever said sailor healing leads to hiding and camping, do you even play mta? are you aware that there is a radar which makes hiding impossible? as for camping, there are very few spots that can be camped in mta. i wont bother to list them for you guys, but i will just say this: stand still in mta, and youre dead. keep moving and you keep living.

the way i see it, if you get heli bladed its YOUR FAULT you got lamed. dont like it, turn up your speakers, listen for heli's, and learn to watch your radar. if you do that you will know when a heli is coming long before anyone has a chance to chop you up

when people ask me for rides i run them over, unless i know them pretty well and consider them worth teaming up with.

AMEN BTW, MNK's group of little kids will get bored with mta hacks anyways, they are nothing to worry about and will be gone from the scene soon enough. we've seen cheater gangs come around and they all get destroyed. what makes MNK any different.

i just got done playing with 4 MNK's they all cheat using the usual stuff (god mode, spawning with SPAS, modded cars) and a few of them have hacks that make them invincible to heli blades. a few of them dont since i got 2 of them a couple of times each with a heli the best thing you can do when you run into them, is leave the server like i did. BTW, its really flattering to know that the n00b cheaters are coming together just to piss off ULK and KFC. i guess our gangs are mta celebrities now, and MNK would be our stalker fans.

i have no idea who my first kill was... my favorite kill i ever made was a few weeks ago. me and some ULK's were getting some fraps footage and we were having an airport spawn war. the cameraman was hovering in a heli near the big surf sign. i climbed to the top of the sign by jumping off that wave crest thing, and then i dropped a few molotovs down on top of the heli. crash and burn

find a post by mrbump and click the little PM button below his post. tell him your IP and explain your situation and hopefully you'll get un-banned. i hope you get un-banned soon, we need to play together some

whoever said grenades dont work well, you are flat out WRONG. i kill people with grenades all the time. as long as you use a little strategy with them, they work all the time. and always throw at least 2. i notice that many times my first grenade wont do any damage, but the one i threw right after it does. and the m4, is a great gun if you know how to aim. i beat mexicans all the time using an m4. sure it takes a lot longer than an m60, but there is nothing wrong with using one. and nothing works better on those people that run when their health hits red than an m4. i think all the classes are balanced, except the racer. as long as you remember to use strategy in a fight, any class can beat any other class. except the racer, who is flat out defenseless. its like deathb said, if you know what you are doing and react to your opponent, rather than make moves on them, you will almost always win.

about the cheaters on the official servers... i report every cheater i see, and i have only seen about 3 out of 15 or so i have reported get kick/banned. last time i tried to report a cheater in irc i got a few people saying "who cares" "go cry someplace else" and mocking me when i am just doing what i was told to do by the motd. then these people pretty much told me to fuck off go on to say "stop flooding the chan with cheat complaints" then they proceed to go back to their oh-so-important conversation about eating hot dogs and stabbing eachother with wooden spoons. right on.

i dont care what they do to the characters, as long as there is one with an m4, grenades and a mutant healing ability.

put the spas where the easter egg is at. or right next to the cement shoes guy so people have to fly a heli under water to get it a drop weapon key.
