i have re-installed it multiple times. any other suggestion?

I am having this very odd problem. it says that mta_dll.dll cant be found, but it is is pointing to a completely different directory.( see pic) i have it installed to desktop\online play what could be causong this and how do i fix it? thanks P.S. i have tried resetting the gamepath many times. - MiNdLeSs
