and I have 100+ mods

I want to make a server on wich I can play with my friends but I need help making it not local only so it can be accsessed outside my network.

I dont know if its a feature of mta server to auto start all mods but any ways when i start the server and enter it no mods are loaded and i have to use the "start resource" command on every mod .
