I would advise against a clock. For precise gaming time monitoring, i would recommend a Sundial. To record gaming times during the hours of darkness there is no better way than a 'Time Candle' designed to burn down an inch every hour ! Alternatively, just guess.

Right, so that's the MTA Team response. Sorry Slush/Derek, how was the matter settled? Firstly, i can sense a ban heading my way from one of the more irrational moderators, but that's fine. I'm also sensing a post deletion again, but that's fine. What isn't fine is this. I ask a serious question, and as usual, the Chinese goverment moderation policy fails to uphold free speech. I will keep it short, or i will make Jax's brain hurt. I cannot accept the excuse Oli has given.(Sorry Oli, no need to talk to you on MSN as you requested, your excuse has already been given). Although i must admit, i'm pretty happy the MTA team may check work Oli has done in BLUE. I still don't feel it will be 100% safe. That's it basically, currently it's tainted, who knows how many people will feel like myself. Closing a thread about this wont get rid of that feeling, nor the posting elsewhere concerning this subject, it is better you deal with this here and now, if all your hard work is to be appreciated by all. You need to convince your community. I asked a question earlier... Is it fair to presume the community will be able to look at all the inner workings of BLUE and agree it is safe? Or will this not be possible? I'm not clear on this, especially as i have no skills in that area. I've spent over £800 in 2 years on MTA playing related services, and i even played 0.5 every day and barely grumbled about it ..... MTA, Convince me.

We normally find that "GOGOGOGOGO" in caps makes the start clear enough for everyone. In that log, "Wait" was said twice and "No Go" said twice, together with at least 2 "No's". That was before anyone was killed, i would be upset to.

Purely from a gamers point of view. I hope you exceed the excellent work done by VC-MP. I will play whatever works (probably both). MTA have provided me with over 2 years of fun, i even play 0.5 every day ! Good luck with your continuing efforts, you have my support.

Thats the whole point, we don't take 30 minutes. Having played pick up matches for over a year and a half, we are fairly good at doing it in less time than the '10 minute prep' time you have in your rules ! Doesn't matter Hieu, i hope it go's well and you have fun

Hey you get used to talking to 10 yr olds BORO, i have experience of that with my own children DOM : i have played in matches like the ones in discussion here, they sucked.... and we won ! Even so they sucked, were very dull. MACK: carkills are not allowed in your rules if im correct. Helikills are also excluded. I was covering the area that relates to weapons and ammo. I only joined in this discussion because VCES wished to participate. I don't have the same opinion of you regarding the rules. The arguments to have no pick ups hold no water, but nvm, tis only a game.

What happens when everyone has used their allocation of ammo? Lets say for example, 80% off the shots fired missed, and no one has died. I can see ammo shortages being a problem afer a few minutes. I suppose you can limit what you fire at to preserve ammo, but that could lead to 'silent' matches, with everyone hanging back to preserve ammo. I can see what you are trying to achieve, but this is MTA not CSS or MOH. I doub't very much this will work. [XII]Furi0uz - you have 15 pages of people discussing this because it is an important part of your tournament. I fear after all the wait, it's gonna fall flat on it's bum, no pick ups are not going to improve things one little iota.

erm..If u have to jump to get there its not reachable by foot. They can easily shoot u down. You can't really say Cortez's Boat is reachable by foot (without the car jump). You have to jump onto it. I think you'll find he was refering to the rules in general. And jumping on vehicle onto a roof is still by foot.
