Credit for what? I do have the new client and it looks good if all the features work then he has accomplished something and he deserves credit. I don't hate Draco or GTAT I am truely objective. Now put aside your preconceptions and look at the evidence Last release in August 2003 that noone plays Boastful GTAT 0.5 feature list up since at least September with little to no proof No proof to back up any of or let's be generous 90% of the features listed, yet If he delivers what has been promised am I proved wrong? NO because I am not saying it can't be done I am saying that until it has been done it hasn't been done. As far as Draco's ablilities he is able to generate intrest and get a cultlike following without releasing a competitive product. The proof in the pudding is in the tasting I give credit where credit is due and right now that is with the MTA team. That last part sounds like someone likes ass. but not everyone is against GTAT, i've played an early release, and from what i saw..looks good, those screens look good too. but this is an MTA forum, these people have been playing MTA for who knows how long, all im saying is, they're not going to give up MTA without a fight, and the fight is on its way. and by that i mean GTAT lol OBVIOUSLY!!!

If anyone is looking for this mod, sorry, it's made by modstar. same as Vice City 2004, but i downloaded 2004 and IT SUXXXX! with Modern Mod you get all new cars, some i havent even seen before! the missions and features i believe are the same for both mods, and you might have less problems with 2004, but Modern Mod is verry sic. ps That ghost signature is freaky shit.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion of course, and I respect that ... but, what is your justification that it looks sick? What have you _seen_ that is different then MTA? I could take 2 secs and throw in some boats and take a picture, or even sync them .... that doesn't really prove anything. Just wanted to get people opinions as to why this mod looks so amazing, when you haven't seen a god damn thing. But, of course, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Well, Cray; i have played gtat, and it wasnt bad, despite the no-server deal, but what ya gonna do so early on, that was like a month and a half ago....and the new versions gonna be dope. If you can throw some boats into mta, do it, cuz that would throw a whole new way of combat into play. i dont mean to be a dick about what im sayin, like you said free opinions, but we'll see what happens when gtat comes out, the new one i mean...

i didnt read all post or even half but i thought id take my precious time (puts mp3s on) anyways... Joeys NOS mode: -=you start off with most things done (you have to start a new game) but all your cars have nitrous oxide, and with 2f2f cars it makes it fun for about 10 minutes, you press horn button and you get a burst of speed and you see some fire shoot out the back your ride and the screen shakes, then your NOS regenerates and you can use it again! Bullettime mod: -=Very Matrix like, and with matrix bullet trails looks pretty dope too. basically its the little pills of Diazepam you see around but you dont need to go look for the pills or nothing, hold down your right mouse button and everything goes slo-mo...very cool for sniping and other things etc..you can also you this driving in the car as well. Vice City Modern Mod: -=A f*ckin' sic mod. You start off at the airport, with a cell phone and right away you get calls from all your employers at once, so you can go do what missions you feel like whenever you want. One thing i personally love about this mod, is the petrol system, all cars have gastanks and they run out of gas if you drive them til they empty, but you also have filling stations to fill up your tank. If you dont got a ride, hold the look-behind button an Tommy calls a cab, and you enter as a passenger and it will drive you around lol. not necessarily where you WANT to go, but still good for jokes. Some missions have been modified, stupid missions have been removed, and you can buy more stuff, like the police station for like 2mil, then you become the mayer of VC and your Vercetti gang is cops and you cant be busted no matter what you do. Another thing i thought was sick, was once you enter a car, the doors lock automatically preventing car thefts, police bustings etc...and when someone is supposed to enter the car you hold the handbrake to unlock the door, then its locked again. Bodyguards and New cars. this is a very fun mod although i found one thing that pisses me off the most. You will get far enough into the game and then your vc.exe will crash in the middle of play, you hear that little *ding* and the game crashes...i dunno...but fuck, definetely try this mod, you will love it.

Im not completely positive in all cases, but in my case i use Norton Personal Firewall 2004 and it will let you open ASE and you're looking at a list of all servers pinged at 9999. (and you CANNOT join a server until you have your firewall disabled.) I had that problem once before BTW, i un-installed everything, re-installed and it worked FABULOUS! lol

I just read over the whole conversation, i think that kids who figure out how to crack their mta client and use trainers and cheats etc...well basically i dont find much wrong with cars moving at excessive speeds that much of a cheat...its a mod for one, and two: its not killing 'you' and for the dumbasses who use infinte health from their trainers, you need help, what good is a multi-player game when you DONT EVEN DIE. i mean, i can see infinite ammo, like, there's possibility to die an shit, but if you're gonna use full health, go to a f*ckin stunt server. this is my opinion but i have to say i cant wait for the next client update, this aiming glitch is bullshit, i wanna kill the person aiming AT them, not beside them etc.

Um wtf. First off, he wasnt asking how to cheat. He wants to install custom rides in his Vice City SINGLE PLAYER game. Here's my setup: 2 vice city folders: 1 for MTA (clean folder-no mods whatsoever-) and another one for mods, trainers, cars etc. now, dont bother with IMGTool right away. first learn how to use the MODINSTALLER tool. its called "GTA Mod Installer v4.1" go search that up. it's very straight forward. some mods come with install scripts, youll see that option when you unload the Mod Installer. cya

Sometimes I regret having a low ping...because of that... like when i went through ALL my 12guage ammo and then went through all my M60 ammo and then most of my Uzi ammo on this one kid and im like, "theres no fucking way ANYTHING could survive that!" so as im changing a clip, this kid runs up to me (full health even) and smashes me with a nightstick, hits me twice more with a damn stick an Im dead. i swear to F*CKING god, this better be changed somehow for future releases, cuz i cant take that bullshit.

What the hell...Somehow i got kicked from a server sayin something about "suspected trainer usage", i dont even have a trainer, i was talkin to some dude about trainers for SP...now i cant connect??!?! what the fuck? you come down hard on "Suspects" but theres punks in the servers cheating like mad, you see cars flyin overhead from island to island and *I* get suspected of trainer usage.... BS!
