I would like to get unban in MTA i cant join any server anymore because of the Reason : DDOS

in the previous appeal (approximately 3 years ago), they said that I was the admin of that server and that I was filtering the IPs of the users, thisIt is not true, I was never admin of the server and I did not filter someone's IP either. and it wasn't ddos either, I just abused a resource error that lowered the fps of the players who were close to me, I'm not justifying myself, I know it's wrong and I won't do it again.
