Custom map models loads perfectly, only issues with original SA models like roads etc

Hey, sorry for the early leaving, forgive me. I did manage to solve the bug that didn't let me use "net start ..." The servicing.bat went down successfully, but I still have the problems
-
C:\Windows\System32\wbem>echo Cannot reset since bits service failed to stop. Cannot reset since bits service failed to stop. Oh, I think I know what did the bug. Thanks for the help!
-
These commands doesn't work after a restart too.
-
https://imgur.com/a/J148q It says that the service is whether blocked or can't do anything with it because of my priorities.

I did not, but at the time I'm writing the service "WMI performance adapter" is running. When I tried net start winmgmt, I got a error "1058", now I'm getting error "5". I started MTA with WMI on, still no changes.
-
I reinstalled the game and MTA too, nothing changed. Removed GTA user files, nothing changed.
-
https://pastebin.mtasa.com/631639954 The reason I have a cracked game is that Steam version was even buggier, had more objects bugging.

Hey MTAF,Recently I was introduced to a new bug which causes models to load in, then flicker and turn in and out.Looking like this, just textures cant even load in, I don't even have landscapes, only the gray matter. Trees and pylons flash until I stop moving my view.https://youtu.be/9LNxZ20li84?t=25sThis only occurs on MTA servers, my SP and map editor is fine. One thing I saw that choosing the lowest Stream Memory and choosing the maximum Stream Memory will NOT make any change to the game itself. What can I do in this case? A friendly guy called CodyJ helped me in things, we fixed the slow-loading, but models and textures are still flickering and flashing. Edit: I do have anti-virus installed, HitmanPro and Malwarebytes are on the computer.
-
Okay, thanks for the help. @CodyJ(L) how can i move posts to other topics?
-
I deleted it and it helped a little. Now models load faster, but they are still disappearing and flickering.
-
I tried out several servers with different gamemodes, but got the same result. I tested Steam and Cracked version, and unexpectedly the cracked one was way more faster, did load more models, but not enough. The landscapes and the houses are still missing.
-
No model changes, and my specs are: Intel i3-6100 - 3.7GHz NVIDIA GTX 750 Ti OC - 2GB 16GB Memory Gigabyte GA-B250 Motherboard 7200rpm Samsung HDD Can MTA server models screw my stream memory? Because in Map Editor everything is fine.
-
What do you mean by "external"? I don't use any LUA or CLEO mods. I reinstalled MTA & GTA:SA too, nothing changed.
