  1. Well, I'm trying to put together a group that are interested in playing MTA:VC as a RP game. The game will be played out with RANKINGS. There will be two families (to start of with anyway). Every new comer will begin as a petty thief doing jobs for the mafia boss... and the more jobs completed, the more involved he/she gets with the story. If anyone is interested in helping out or being a part of this, let me know.

    In a way yes and no. It would make things more interesting. You could even include a OFF RADAR option for those AI controlled players... but really, would it take 1 computer to run each AI controlled player?

    So even just creating AI scripts for available player slots would be out of the question too? So the game peds would just be like another actor.. only using a very simple gaming AI code?... or would u need 128 systems to run each ped?

    Ahh! Didn't GTA1 have peds?.. I know what you are saying, but it would be so much fun to have a speed chase game where u avoid traffic and peds. I mean even if you just fill in the rest of the availability spaces with AI controlled players as peds (respawn when killed)? I don't know, but I do understand what you are saying... thanks for the enlightment.. but I still hope, one day there will be peds. note: To make a RP gameplay mode would fix that tho, just serious RPERS but a big group.

    Someone woke up on the wrong side of the gutter. I searched the forums.. and I couldn't find anything about Traffic, so I just gave up and decided to ask again. Even with my OPTION suggestion... It's okay, I accept your appology!

    I know this question has probably been asked a million times over, but, is it at all possible to include traffic and AI? Alot of people keep telling me that it would lag the game up, but couldn't you have it as an options that can be enabled or disabled?... For example w/ lans... I am sure it wouldn't lag in lan games. ** Maybe even an option chosing how much traffic you want? *** Thanks.

  9. I think MTA could be made into a seriously fun game. Although, it can be ruined by a bunch of retards that just wanna go ruin everything and kill everyone. Are there any gamers out there who like to play seriously?... Like actually play the game semi-rpg?

    I think voice chat in online gaming is just annoying. People who wish to voice chat should just download Roger Wilco.
  12. Perhaps you should look into making MTA more RPG then deathmatch. For example, you have the godfathers (mob bosses), as game story tellers.... Lets say we have two mafias, both the "godfathers" would discuss the missions that they would make for the players. The "godfathers" can create or possess another created character enhancing the storytelling and gameplay mode. Also include three different chat modes. One as a global message window. One as a pager for your fellow clan members. And one where only people within a certain distance can see it (maybe even where the text just pops abo
