    Anyways if you want to have the "on *:signal:mta.* {" support on 3.16 without waiting for 3.17 add this into your script:

    I just want to add my 2 cents into this conversation.

    Please read EVERYTHING before you reply to this

    I don't see anything wrong with adware, programs like gamespy use it all the time to support their program. But I see why some people do no want to use gtat anymore. Before installing gamespy, they make you aware of the adware; GTAT does not. It gives people a sense of mistrust towards the program. No one likes stuff hidden away from them!

    What I'm pretty much saying is that I think people who do not want to use it shouldnt use it not because of the adware, its because of draco not informing us that adware was inside the program.

    If you have Error 'mta_dll.dll' cound not be located, and are very sure you set the right directory, you may want to do this:

    Open up C:\windows\mta.ini

    Now add this line at the end of the file:

    [game-exe]

    location=Path\to\gta-vc.exe

    Remember to change the "Path\to\gta-vc.exe" to the acual location.

    Most people do not see this because the older MTA versions added this line for you. But for first time users, people who reformatted their pcs, or who delete their mta.ini may experience this problem.

    It states, "IMPORTANT: Please install MTA:VC 0.3 before using MTA:VC 0.3rc2. This is only a patch! You need to have MTA:VC 0.3 installed in order to let MTA:VC work. So, download and install MTA:VC 0.3, and extract this zipfile into your MTA directory (overwrite your old MTAClient.exe file)." inside the redme.txt

    Is this true?

    Yea but they put in the full mta 0.3rc2 install for download, and that does not add the

    [game-exe]

    location=pathtogta-vc.exe

    entry to it, they should fix the install files to include that line for the new installers
