Installing v1.0-dp2.3 should fix your problem. People have also fixed this issue, by uninstalling then reinstalling but unticking the server as part of the install, if you have anymore queries, check http://development.mtasa.com/index.php? ... sues_-_FAQ and search the forum

Just leave it blank, as most people will not require it, its mainly used for private dedicated servers with multiple ips
