oh and yes.. i was using a trainer, ONLY FOR TESTING PURPOSES.. i never killed anyone... and btw its not very hard for people to cheat... so please stfu about how i use trainers and stop acting like im the only one that uses trainers.. so plz stfu about it because you've prolly used a trainer yourself

I have a problem here.. i cannot use my in-game chat
, the T key is just not working. Btw it worked earlier, but not now. Any ideas? Thank you.P.S. I wanna thank all developers of this MTA, nice work guys!
copy and paste from another post
1. Open config.cfg in vice city folder using notepad
2. If it is empty paste this in there
bind F11 showscores
bind F10 showplayers
bind t say
bind F9 showchat
bind F12 screenshot
save and close, should fix the problem.
after that make the cfg file read only.

Try this : Go to Options>Controls> and press the botton that will change all control settings to default.
You should do this before reinstalling the game . Because if it works it will save you sometime.
I think he mean he should try reinstalling MTA client, not the hole game

Another problem! i need help. It says: "Connection refused: Incompatible version." Why and how do i fix it.
If you have patched your game to 1.1, you should remember too change to 1.1 when your in chat window in ase,
when your connected to server there is a option in upper right corner called "Game Information"
change that to the version of your game, maybe this will help?

Windows 98 is like 10000 times better than xp
98 never game me a single BSOD, only crashed cos of something I did, (e.g got trigger happy with ctrl alt del)
xp crashes like every 20 seconds, I use dual boot program to use xp when I play games cos games seem to run better on xp but by the time I start playing it either crashes or bsod rears its ugly head
What error message do you get? there is no doubt that you have
a conflict of some kind, give some more info and maybe we can help

Its a cheat/mod/addon, u cant do it without it, and it could make the game
unstable ive heard, so stay away from it online.

nearly every time I see a dude on a bike go past he only has the front wheel on the ground so they must be hitting the weight down button (opposite to wheelie)
and whenever i race a guy on a bike he beats me by using this technique of tapping that button.
i can't seem 2 get it 2 work!! i keep tapping it but it doesn't feel/look like im goin faster and both wheels stay on the ground. its a pain in the arse 2

i dont think its a bug, just make sure ur under the windscreen(spelling)when tapping,
too much make u stand up, too little and u sit with ur head above windscreen
also, this has probably been asked 1000 times but do the uzi type guns work when ur on a bike, AKA drivebys
no its disabled, as is the hunters weapons, but not all know about the hunter,
ive been banned from a server bcuz the admin could not shot me down with hunter,
he said i was a cheater and banned me
its cool when ur chasing a car 2 also shoot bullets at it but never seems 2 do nething.. i hope in the next version it will work
