I am wondering if it is possible to add not replace vehicle and weapons in gta san andreas.with sa limit adjuster.or to add paintjobs custom to vehicles

Whenever i try to play mta sa it doesn't work.After logging it is freezing on the page where i must select connection types ,options ,where are latest news.It says gta_sa.exe has stopeed working and freezes my entire system so i need to restart it.some help ?

ok but ultra graphics i can add ? or to add skins to mta sa weapons ?like in cs go ? with a panel to replace skins

oh dear bluntz but i don't want to mod i want to add vehicles without to replace the old one i want to add more vehicles in game

Hello everybody i need a script for adding new vehicles,ped skins ,weapons without to replace the old ones For example -GTA SA Have 273 vehicles i want to be 274 and add a vehicle on my mta server How can i do this ? And how to install ultra graphics on mta ?
